Terrible service. Called a few days in advance to make an appointment. Arrived in good time on the actual day for the appointment, only to be told that they could not find a record of my appointment. Got shoved around before being told that they could ‘slot’ me in. That lead to a lengthy wait before being seen by a doctor. Reception staff need training in customer service and being up front about being wrong. Seriously have thought of finding another service. Pity Canberra has such limited sevciers, clients having no choice as to the provider.

So lovely staff but a slightly crazy process. Be awesome if they had an online form. Terrible place to park through the day

Google says this business is open until 5.30pm but when I called they tell me they actually close at 4pm. Extremely inconvenient hours if you happen to have a 9-5 or want to get kids vaccinated in after school hours. Travel clinic at Dickson was much more accommodating.

Hi, I will give five start to the doctor that gave us the consultation and her sincere willingness to help, good work DR McDonald. It is clear that with the level of low stars that there is a problem the way this clinic is running. After paying for a consultation I was left in complete limbo, I was not sure when I had to come in - what I had to pay for and when was the injections due or how much they cost. ( I Didn't get any information to take with me) I called the reception and requested for a Nurse to get back to me to give me a bit more information. I had a call back from Ally. This is the rudest nurse I have come in contact with in my life. When I asked for the information I was briefly put on hold only to be hung up on after. I left it alone for another day. Todays date 13-4-2017 I requested for a call back today, then I get a call from the same nurse speaking to me about someone elses' child and discussing they schedule with me. After I advised that it was not my son and provided my last name she abruptly claim that I hung up on her when she had me on hold last week ( how come I didn't get a call back). We exchanged some words and I advised that I am going to make a complaint about her. I called back and spoke to the manager Leanne after I advised her of what happened she tells me that the Nurse has told her a complete different version. I didn't get what I exactly wanted from her as a customer making a complaint but she helped explain the items and cost of the injection for my Son and Wife. I have never experienced anything like this, I am a simple customer that is just after a JAB. I have never left any remarks about any organisation in the past. I am doing this hoping that the clinic understands there is a way to deal with customers and that the culture isn't consistent. The Dr we did the consult with was great but I can only say that about her. As much as this is a complaint it is somehow also a compliment for the Dr. Customers Come First.

Unfortunately, this place has turned into an operation more focused on cash than health. Although you can definitely get your vaccinations done here, you can also go to a suitably qualified GP. I felt as though I was being continually 'up sold' throughout the appointments I've had here (would you like fries with that?). Cynical approach to something so important.
