A nice, easy walk , It takes about 3 hours. There is lots of parking for people who get there early. The walk is beautiful, but there are some hills, so take it slow if you have weak legs . Recommend for all ages . Carry plenty of water to beat the heat .
Stunning walk through the blue mountains. As others have said go in an anticlockwise direction to end up at Evans look out. Just gotta remember what goes down must come back up. Stairs on either side can be rough for some people. Overall took me 2.5hrsnnThe path through the Canyon was so cool. There plenty of waterfalls and creek crossing. Be wary of rain days as I can see this place getting potentially flooded.
Amazing! If you love walks/hikes and nature in general, this walk track is perfect for you. I started at Evans Lookout. There are many, many stairs, so be prepared. The walking track is a loop, and the suggested time is 3-4 hours. It took me 4½ hours due to stopping and taking photos. The trail can be muddy in some areas, so where appropriate footwear. The canyon is so magical and majestic. Don't feel scared if you're doing this by yourself. There are lots of people also doing this hike. Make sure you bring water and snacks.
Better to do this hike on a weekday when there are less people out and about. The trail has a lot of stairs....a lot. Wear comfortable footwear as it's roughly 3 hr round trip. Expect plenty of slippery surfaces and mud after rain.
Spectacular walk and worth the steps at the end. Was lovely to enjoy the day after rain as it made the sound of running water along most of the walk feel very ambient and peaceful. We started the loop at the Evan’s lookout end and were happy with this route.
