Wonderful place to walk, picnic and relax. The birdlife is fantastic. You can stick to the easy road or head up the trail if you're more mobile.
Beautiful, peaceful spots along the river. Great coffee.nDrive further for a quiet place to sit by the river. Lots of picnic areas with tables, we bought our own chairs so we coukd sit on the river bank. Loads of wildlife, water dragons, bin chickens, kookaburras, ducks, cockatoos, etc. And nice walking tracks too.nOnly downside, which is not the parks fault- are the groups that come to a peaceful environment and blast doof doof music, I just don't know why that's a thing!!
Fantastic place to enjoy, walk, camping, boating, cycling and photography of the birds and nature. Do forget to enjoy birds songs and meditation.nnThis park is always a delight to visit. There are so many different areas to hang out in, and it's hard to believe that it is so close to Chatswood and the city! It's like a peaceful oasis in a storm of modern activity. Would love to keep coming again.
A beautiful, scenic place. Away from city vibe. Experienced serenity here . A must bush walk Riverside. Lots of water dragons and goannas to be seen. If you are afraid of them, make sure you have a company .
