This walk has everything, waterfall, temperate forests, views up and down, swimming holes, one day walk in-out, overnight or longer. Beautiful Blue gum forests, but it will test your climbing up and down endurance. Take your time it is worthwhile.

Lovely bit of old growth gum, and a nice stream to cool off in. Not very busy, but that could have been the heat. Do your research about the hike in; it's not easy.

Walked down from Perry's then back up. Much tougher going down than up! Took us several hours going down and we blasted back up in an hour or so. Take earplugs for cicadas at the bottom in summer (I'm not kidding - they're painfully loud).
