Excellent service with great pricing on their products! I was really impressed with the gentleman that helped me. He went out of his way to show me the range of available products and made a good recommendation for me when I needed a pressure sprayer. Thank you - you have a new customer for life :)

Unless you're a master tradesman, use the larger hardware stores! I bought a $60 fan switch which turned out to be the wrong type. In making my selection I'd asked advice from the owner because the type they had in stock didn't match the type I was looking for. He assured me this would be suitable. Unfortunately the electrician who was installing the fan opened the thin plastic wrapping before determining that it was not suitable for my install. When I tried to return it (that same day) the owner would not accept it because of the damage to the packaging. I have no doubt if I'd driven the extra distance to the local big hardware chain, they would have had no problem taking the product back. This type of service & attitude makes it just too risky to support the small local guy. Very, very disappointing.
