Awful experience. Ordered shoes online two different times and both times it took over a month to received a refund and a notification that there was a shipping error. I get it happening once but two times within two months is unacceptable. Won't be shopping here again.
Went to the Sydney branch and was served by a 22 year old man! His relative plays for Fulham in England! Very helpful young man! Great service!
This company doesn't even deserve 1 star but it won't let me post unless I put at least one there. This is the absolute worst company I've ever come across when it comes to dealing with customer complaints and trying to resolve an online order issue. Literally all it would have taken to resolve the issue was a free shipping code. Will never shop with them again.
Website wouldnt let me pay for my order advising couldnt process credit card. Used 2 different types of work cards and both would accept. Called the store number only to be advised I was speaking to a call centre and was advised that I there were none of the shoes I wanted available at any of their stores and advised that I will need to go into the store and have a staff member order the shoes online for me and pay at the counter.
Came in tonight to buy some water resilient shoes for work. 15/11/18 There were to guys there in their 20s that didn't greet me or any of the other customers, I was looking at the shoes with other customers and we were offered no help at all as the two men were too busy having a conversation with each other. After a while of waiting at the counter I finally got served, when I was told that they didn't have the shoes in my size. I was not offered any alternative options. Exptremely bad customer service at this foot locker, will not come back!
