I had to return a xmas gift as my son purchased the wrong size, I phoned Harbourtown UGG,spoke to a lovely young lady, who couldn't have been more helpful. When my wife and I went to the UGG shop and met Stevie,she went out of her way to help us sort replacement items and also a store credit for remaining balance.Highly recommended this store for customer service and also pricing.
Think twice before you shop at this store! Make sure that you are not going to want to bring your goods back and get a refund because despite clear instructions on their receipt that you are welcome to a refund, they will make it very difficult for you to obtain your refund, demanding that the refund is transferred to the exact same card that was used for the purchase. SO DON'T BUY THEM AS GIFTS because the recipient will not be able to get a refund because he/she will not be able to produce the same card with which the product was purchased. They will insist that this is their company policy, but if that is the case, they need to list this requirement on their receipt as being one of the conditions for a refund, together with all the other conditions they have listed. All in all a very arrogant and unpleasant store to deal with. Caveat Emptor.
