One of my favourite stores cant fault it.
I walked in there some days ago with my wife and our 2 year old son. I asked if I could try on a particular pair of runners but was educated that I could only try on the left shoe because of the fact that they have had too many incidents with customers running out of the store... Are you serious,guys?? Nice attempt to reduce theft but will it offset the loss of sales?Organize one security person at the door if required but don't make customers feel like criminals! You haven't understood the basics of the retail industry!
The level of service I received from a young lady by the name of Gabby was incredible. She was very polite, gave me professional opinions which helped me choose my new kicks. She was also patient enough to help me download/set up the Footlocker app which saved me a good amount of money. To everyone else who has commented claiming these are tourist prices can go shop at Kmart. These prices are the same if not better than the stores we have in Adelaide
They have no size’s
Had a great Variety of shoes of almost all brands.
