The girl that served me couldn't be bothered to do her job well. Everything was too hard. She spoke over me. The music was so loud, I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me. Consequently I left Platypus without purchasing shoes. I walked across to Culture Kings, (the music is too loud there as well) and received far superior service from a young lady and a young gentleman who ran back and forth until they found what I required. Two totally different cultures. A BIG thumbs down to Platypus. A BIG thumbs up to Culture Kings.
