Went into Rebel with an idea in mind of what shoes I would be purchasing as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I was after. I was lucky enough to have a lot of help from Cyrus, we went back and fourth trying to find ones in my price range and that had the right size. After going through so many shoes, we finally found the perfect pair. His help and assistance was more than what I could have asked for
I recently went in store to "look" at runners walked out having bought a pair completely satisfied. We had easily the best experience I can remember. Lucas' knowledge and customer service was remarkable.
I swung by Nike hoping to get a Lifting shoe and it turns out they didn’t have my size my feet are larger than most women, and it so happens that Rebel has more size variety and was close by. Immediately notice its busy, as it’s the last weekend before students return back to school so parents are doing some last minute shoe shopping with their kids. Waited a while for the crowd to disperse, and inspected some shoes. Had asked an employee Hamish I believe if they could point me out some recommended shoes and gave me the perfect pair suit for my needs and aesthetic. Wasn’t any more expensive than it being sold at Nike, so great to know they don’t rack up the prices. Hamish was polite, informative and didn’t mind running out back a few times to help me get the right size. Was checked out by Madeline who had wonderful customer service and signed me up for a membership. The Rebel Sport team is doing amazing despite the overwhelming amount of last minute shoppers, keep it up guys!
Cyras did such an amazing job helping my daughter pick out all her new season Rubgy League gear last night 17/11/2022. We can not fault his service. Thank you!
Great service from Michael . Michael was knowledgeable and helped advised us on what might suit our needs. We had visited a few other sport stores in the area and couldn’t find the correct sneakers . The store has a great selection of sneakers / runners. They also had a great selection for school kids. They had a multitude of other sporting equipment and clothing .
Placing full priced items in the middle of the 50% off Black Friday sale rack. Seems like a good marketing ploy however just frustrates your customers and provides extra work for the team putting the item not purchased back on the rack.
I took back a pair of shoes under warranty and they were happy to help out with with a gift card as they didn’t have a replacement pair. Shout out to Amber for having great customer service!

The customer service at this rebel sport store by Arran store manager and Emma are very average in there retail knowledge and customer services skills not knowing rebel sports policy for faulty items they definitely need to be trained again customers have the right to return a item that is faulty under consumer protection rights in retail very sad to see a team member getting managed by a store managers wrong knowledge but what is very concerning is treating there customers badly
