I had a great experience visiting this store. I went with my teen to buy one pair of shoes for her, but we could not resist the cute new summer styles, and after being served by Chloe, who was so lovely and super helpful, we both walked out with two pairs each! Summer is set! Well almost... we saw a few others styles we will be back for!

T’was 3 weeks before Christmas and I walked into the store Just to buy new comfy cool sandals as a treat to myself – nothing more  Olivia spotted me Found the shoes that would suit just the right size, style and colour to boot ! Though I’d just missed the sale Erica prevailed and adjusted the price .. real nice  Now I have an extra reason to enjoy this festive season ! Thank you Famous Footwear the shop at Pac Fair for the service with a smile that walked that extra mile ..

My thongs broke once I arrived the mall car park.  It is mean to be.... So I walked in Famous Footwear to search for a replacement.  This $59.99 summer white sandals cought my eyes,  when I was trying it one,  the staff came greet me and showed me the black version she was wearing..  They are just beautiful!! Walked in barefoot,  and came out store with a beautiful sandals!  Double wins!!

Excellent service again today at Pacific Fair! Emily has been so patient with me on many occasions. Olivia was also a great help yesterday. Would recommend coming here, girls always know what I want.

I had a really pleasant shopping experience here yesterday. During the peak of the busy Christmas period, Latitia took the time to chat to me, make me feel welcome and work with me to find the perfect heel for my upcoming Christmas party. Having just moved to the area it's nice to have a friendly face. Will definitely be back.
