Disappointed. Flying home tonight and this shop is supposed to be open on a Sunday and it’s not. Needed to exchange my purchase for a different size. Update: Shop eventually opened almost 45 minutes late, and even though sales lady initially refused to exchange my unworn and new shoes bought the previous day from a different Ecco, she eventually complied after some arguing. It was an unpleasant experience that only ended well because Ecco's shoes are such good value.
