Have been in a couple of times on a Saturday and the customer service is excellent. The girls are so helpful, knowledgeable and patient trying to fit you the perfect hiking boot/shoe. Nothing is a problem and my partner & I have come away very happy customers all due to the customer service.

Picked up some nice shoes here today and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Kyle, both on the phone and in person. Totally knows his stuff and loves the products he sells. Although it was a super-busy day, he was attentive to everyone’s needs multiple serving and didn’t rush anyone. Top guy and much respect for doing retail so well during busy Black Friday sales

Probably the best shoe/boots store on the Coast for casual/hiking/sports footwear, staff are always helpful with no pressure to buy, as the way it should be. Great bargain rack at the back of store as well

Do NOT give this store/Merrell your email address for sales promotions/discounts. I have an email address I keep as a backup for over 5 years and have never used it. As a test, when the store asked if I wanted to receive sales promotions I gave them this email address eight days ago and in the last four days I have received 63 spam messages to that email. By the way their shoes are pretty good.
