Exceptional customer service by Dickson. Great selection. Really happy as staff helped me to find what I was looking for.
Just dropped in to grab some shoes and was blown away by the service we received. Every staff member in the shop were super friendly and helpful. And the shop it's self had such a fantastic layout. Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, great products. 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent service, thanks so much to the young man that served us. Chatted to my son while he was trying on shoes, nothing was too much trouble. Even my 17yo teenage son commented when we left the shop, that it was the best customer service he'd received. Didn't get the young mans name, but he was wearing glasses. Also value for money
I have only been to this shop a few times but everytime I have had the most lovely greeting, and the best customer service I think I've ever had. The girl that served me, couldn't do enough to help me. Although I didn't make a purchase she wished me all the best. The products are all layed out very nicely, there's nice lot of room to move. Very hip, modern shop, great environment.

Had a great experience there today. Awesome service friendly and experienced . I sat in the chair and said do what you want ! I never do that! but the place had such a good vibe that i trusted what would be created. I loved what they did and best of all so did my partner. I will be returning. Oh and I got served within 3.5 mins of being there and I am not Polynesian

Awesome customer service, the best street wear and shoes on the coast. The haircuts are cheap and amazing and aren't like a boring time getting ur haircut. Overall a great store with amazing deals

Firstly the music can be pretty loud , it’s not always loud but someone must love to turn the music up sometimes lol. Staff are friendly but you get one here and there that can be bothered by customers.
