These people!! I had to terminate my business with them. It was all going really well until I had an urgent problem with an ingrown toenail. After contacting them several times, I just couldn't get past their fearsome wall of officious reception women who, after looking at my file, told me they were booked out for the next 3/4 weeks. They showed little compassion and actually made me feel like a nuisance. As a result my toe became infected and I had to find weekend medical help which cost me a lot of money. I then had to urgently find another podiatrist who was thankfully compassionate enough to see me after hours and completely fix up my toe. I won't be returning to Absolute Footcare and I won't be recommending them. They could do so much better.

Highly recommend Absolute Footcare and especially Toby Thompson, the Podiatrist who was looking after me, I had a long, painful and costly Experience with the first Podiatrist, after getting my new insoles in to the walking shoes. But from the time I walked in to Absolute Footcare at Southport , I was greeted with warm , helpful, , friendly and professional service. I was a bit Sceptical getting an other pair of insoles , but Toby,s observation about my previous insoles (about a year old ) pointed out all the problems . Toby is very knowledgeable , informative , good listener, helpful and professional. Since wearing my new insoles my pains and numbness in my toes has gone, pain in my hip almost went as well , and I could not be more happy. Thank you Toby and staff at Absolute Footcare.

My daughter and I have been having our orthotics custom made here for over ten years. Always prompt, courteous, professional and reliable service. The no-gap offer that we are able to utilise with our health fund is a great bonus. Thank you.

Return policy is not customers friendly Be careful what you buying as rather then give you a store credit or consider any other options they will advise you to sell you purchase on ebay bay
