This is my third time to Le Formal Boutique, for my formal, and two university balls. Excellent service, great prices, amazing range of dresses. Would highly recommend.

After a 2 minute conversation (half of which was a conversation literally over me to a man from another shop) I left and bought an amazing gown from a wonderful, welcoming boutique in Chevron Island. The customer service and experience was pretty appalling... buying a gown is stressful enough and I left this place feeling pretty disheartened

Not very happy with service, had to ask for assistance.
Didnt know her own product and doesnt provide tailoring even for additional cost.
Over priced product, bad customer service and wont go back
