I want to give a MASSIVE shout out to the Store  Manager and her girls that answer the call today. A friend had lost everything in a fire during the week. They absolutely looked after my friend in replacing some of the clothes he lost. Thank you so much. I wish you were there to see his face.

Hi,nImportant, make sure you speak to the right person in here, and don't go here if you are inexperienced and if you want someone to set you up right.nnI'm a beginner, and I just went in to buy my first board. I was very clear in and polite in my communications. I told them that I was a solid beginner and needed as much help I could've to be setup. They didn't have to sell me anything, I already decided to buy a board, I just needed a good fit for a beginner.nnI started off getting served by someone who didn't really care or care to explain anything, but he loved selling you stuff that you might not need. I ended up with the worst experience with his advice such as wax surfboard same as skateboardsn- Don't do this, skateboards you wax rails/boards to slide better, surfboards you apparently wax on the top for grip.nnHowever, I had the setup all wrong and had to get back to the store for support. This time I was served by Kane. He was really nice and help me understand what went wrong and how to get started.nnAnonymous -5* Failing to help beginnersnKane 8* + For actually listening and helpingnMichelle 0* because she stated no refund, even though, I wasn't asking or wanting onennTotal 3*n- I believe Kane should run his own store.

I purchased a new board and got the best advice from the dude that helped me.  After struggling with my 6’8” sideways I had been riding for the last 5 years 69 years old now I was going to get a soft top  but ended up getting a 7’2” Free Flight.  Best decision ever since I am getting g more waves more easily and also stability and manoeuvrability is incredible.  Thanks Sideways Ashmore I’m back to having fun again.  I just needed more volume and a good shape! David S
