Fantastic staff, great variety. Had two wonderful staff Luke and Lee assist me. Their knowledge of skateboards and skates is outstanding. Can highly recommend this store. They also had a great range of clothing and accessories that my kids love. Latest fashion trends and shoes covering all sizes.
5 star review but ONLY TO THE AMAZING SALES PERSON who served us & not the what I’m assuming is manager. I think the lovely person who helped us may have been named Ethan??? Incredible. Knew exactly what I needed, kept checking in on me, and went above and beyond. The Manager ? was incredibly rude to the sales person who helped me and made me and my partner uncomfortable with his belittling comments. Will be back, but only when Ethan ? is working <3
I went to this place 3 times and all 3 times I came out quite disappointed. First I wanted to buy some skates, but they didn't have my size. That's fine. Then I wanted to buy a tool to take my hubs out. They didn't have one. Then I wanted to buy some spacers. They had one, but didn't want to sell it to me. They said it's for their use and they rather use them to help sell $400 skates than sell to me. Poor customer service. A skate shop should stock such important accessories.
Range and stock was awesome. Definitely a lot of help and didn't mind answering a heap of questions about longboards even though I said I wasn't buying one.
Staff had a poor attitude which changed tremendously when they realised we were going to buy something, but unfortunately when they asked to see my skates to match me to grind blocks they ended up selling me grind blocks that aren't compatible. I tried to use them of course, my wheels won't roll at all. They refused a refund. It would have been nice if their staff made it clear that their persoanlised advice on what product to buy may be incorrect, and that they will not refund based on staff advising of the wrong products.
Unbeatable customer service. I am 37 years old recently got my first surfskate gorgeous Carver Triton Signal. Great response to all my questions.  Thank you skate connection and especially Kaylee the person behind the online customer service for all your help so kind. Highly recommended. :
Amazing experience purchasing my inline skates today : Jose and Lee were quick to get me some sizes to try on so I could make sure I had the right fit, and to search for the colour I was after when I had decided. Huge range so I was so excited that they had the exact colour and style I wanted in my size. Friendly, efficient, helpful and made the whole experience incredible. Thank you! :
Had a great experience for a first purchase of a skateboard great help by the two guys inside today. Weren’t judgemental when I came back a bit later and had to Afterpay as well with a great recommendation for shoes to wear as well defs recommend the stop if you have the chance
Terrible retail experience with unfriendly staff. I was told over the phone that they would price match an item for me but when I got in store they didn’t honour the price match and the reason was - “we don’t have to as we sell out of these every week”. The store manager claims that the business owner is supportive of this approach to price matching. I made a trip down there to support local business but you’re better off buying online for a better price and experience. This is why retail is struggling.
Fantastic, so much stock, the staff are awesome and really know their stuff. Will be coming back for more skate gear soon
