Young male and young female served me today. The male looked Asian mix with the unusual and funny hair cut and a blond young female Caucasian. Now , whiles interaction was ok and no problem I heard a crazy kind of female sale person laughter as I step one foot out of the shop. I assume the male dropped some kind of joke about me whatever it was. Dear blond female sale person it is very rude to behave like that while you have customer leaving its money at your shop. I understand your job is super boring as I saw it is never been busy but you need to learn a basics of customer service and just be respectful towards yourself and others. To the male sale person - buddy you have to grow up! I saw your guilty face when I stepped back to pick up a receipt.nTo the owner of the shop hopefully not the two sale people please leave your details as I would like to communicate further regarding this incident.nIt seem like this shop is still struggling with basic training of the sales people.nI do not recommend this shop to other customers as they will be at risk of mockery.
Great customer service from Shannon and Ashleigh. They were super bubbly and knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my goals
Always friendly and helpful. Only place I shop for my supplements.
