Gosh awful attitude from a counter staff member / owner - when you get told by clearly irritated staff at the reception 'he WAS having a nice day!' when I asked if he was having a bad day; I wouldn't break my back to return. I wish I had read the previous reviews. Such a shame as Scott was so helpful earlier that morning but always one that spoils it for others. As an ongoing renovation project manager (and first time user of Nuway) they have lost my business. Just relying on good location really! update .... The staff member has since phoned to apologise as he was stressed. I was grateful for that as it does take courage - adjusted from 1 to 3 stars. I'm not one for writing reviews but felt strongly about this.

Bunch of patronising smart asses at this particular store. We're under the impression they don't need any new clientele. Better off going just around the corner to Ashmore Garden/Landscapes. Way cheaper too.

After building a retaining wall i was ready to buy soil and mulch. Being an amateur gardener i knew i had to do some research into what soil and mulch would be best for my garden. I spent a lot of hours ringing landscape places and found that prices where pretty much the same everywhere on the Goldcoast. I visited a few shops and found that customer service was limited. I also found review's on landscape shops is limited which prompted me to write this review. In the end i ended up visiting Nuway store in Ashmore after a friend recommended it to me. When i arrived it was raining. Royce was very helpful and was happy to walk me around the yard with an umbrella. I arranged delivery and it arrived when promised. The soil and mulch look great and today is when we move it to the garden bed. I would recommend this company to all gardeners.

Just made an phone enquiry regarding mulch, I spoke to Matt whom has very poor customer service. Anyway the product was a lot cheaper elsewhere. I don’t know how this place is still in business as they have lost mine.
