I very urgently needed (and just before Christmas) a solar hot water service removed for us to be able to complete an asbestos reroof on time as promised to my client. Steve was very helpful and the team went above and beyond to help me and ensure we could get the job done. I was given clear advise and options for refitting the system as it was quite old and required a new power circuit supplied and installed due to the age of the home. The homeowner ended up choosing to go with the new system which looked great and complemented the new roof we put on. Definitely will use this business in the future. Lucas Win Win Roofing

Dealing with Stephen at Todds Plumbing and Electrical was a breathe of fresh air.  He instantly was able to advise me on costs for hot water system replacements for an unusual situation and was over $3000 cheaper than 2 other quotes - not to mention he provided an easy solution I was wanting that 2 other plumbers advised me was impossible!  

Everything was clear, actioned quickly and without issue - all while I am located overseas and communication was via email!  Instantly sorted!

I cannot recommend and commend Stephen and his team enough.  They made a difficult situation easy with humor, thorough, prompt attention and knowledgeable service!  Thank you all, we will definitely be in touch again should we need Plumbing or Electrical services  (touch wood it's not for a while!)

I recently had my old solar water heater and inverter replaced by Todd’s Plumbing.  Not only was it the best price I could find the service was also second to none.  Even though there were unforeseen difficulties involved with the change over, due to my old system, including extra man hours, the price still remained the same.  Todd himself came over from the office (60 km’s) to bring the extra things required and to ensure that everything went smoothly.  

The workmen were friendly and courteous and extremely helpful.  I could find no fault with any of the workmanship and could only give the highest praise.

These guys were great. They installed our new hot water system on one of Gold Coast's hottest days. Even though our roof was steep and slippery they got everything installed and made no mess at all. Would definitely use them again. Fab job guys!!

Very fast and efficient staff. Quoted Monday and new heat pump hot water system installed Wednesday. Turned up on time and plumber Steve a very helpful and sincere tradesman . Same can be said for electrician (sorry but his name escapes me), who attended to connect system to the grid. 

Follow-up assistance from office to a query regarding the interpretation of the read out on the system, was also first class.

Haven't anything but good words for Todd's Plumbing. Thank you for your help and assistance.
