Absolutely worthless shop with even more worthless people minding it. Old sales women who have no kwoledge of the shoes. Even after measuring you up they cant say what type of shoes might fit you. Moreover no sense of how to talk to customers, very rude behaviour. All of that at a time when the shops not even busy.

Just i bought  boots from Rusell in harbour town , but one of staffs , named Jordi or Jordy she is absolutely rude and she dont know how to treat customers or she looked down to asian customers.
I feel real bad.

An Australian Icon. Unfortunately owned by a French Icon, Louis Vuitton group RM known for their Australian country workwear and boots. The boots are fantastic, long lasting due to the way they are built. The soles are sewn to a welt which is then in turn sewn to the upper of the boot which makes for more durable construction.
