Spent $170 for a pair of shoes. First time I worn them, one of the shoes squeak. I called the shop they told me to bring them in the next day. When I brought them in they said the shoes have been worn and would not give me an exchange or refund. The Shop assistant was very rude too. I will never buy from them.

Amazing experience, lady working there was lovely and helped me get some beautiful shoes for my engagement party.

Always get good experience and professional service from here but not for today. The big girl who working today is very disrespectful, rise her voice for no reason.

Attempted to shop here twice and both times it was closed for 60mins. If they don't want customers why even bother opening at all

Staff were so helpful, friendly & patient. Really was a great experience - I walked out with 5 pairs of shoes & a sixth on order!
