Floreat bed and breakfast is a fantastic place to stay over in Perth with a warm homely feel close to the city. Nita and Paul the owners are extremely friendly and made my stay very comfortable.

Finalmente, dopo un anno che sono a Perth, mi sento a casa! Ho trovato questo meraviglioso B&B immerso nel verde! La proprietaria, Nita, è una perfetta padrona di casa, sempre attenta e pronta a soddisfare ogni tuo bisogno. È un esperienza che vi consiglio vivamente di fare!

Nous revenons de cette superbe maison d'hôte situé à Floreat. Nous y avons séjourné mon partenaire et moi même pendant 6 jours. Cette maison bien décoré et fourni fut l endroit parfait pour notre séjour. Piscine très agréable, cuisine d'été bien équipée et terrasse couverte au niveau de la piscine. L'aménagement est très récent, de bon goût et de grand confort, rien ne manque. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le changement de linges à la demande. Le plus dans cet endroit, les propriétaires Nita et Paul qui sont d'une gentillesse et d'une simplicité incroyable . Ils sont là pour vous aider (réservation de restaurant, guide,...). La Classe. Le petit-déjeuner est digne d'un 5 étoiles, produits frais, maison, fruits, pain frais croustillant, oeufs pochés , jambon, fromage le tout dégusté sur la terrasse. On y trouve différents restaurants dans le quartier pour tous les goûts. Cette maison d hôte est situé à 10 minutes du centre de Perth, 10 minutes de la plage "Floreat Beach", un point stratégique. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. A conseiller les yeux fermés.
