Artie from Factory Sound messaged me promptly after this review and made me feel a lot better about it. He apologised on behalf of the staff for any shortcomings I felt there were and I appreciate that. I will leave the original review below as a reminder. Thank you Artie. Good products and great prices, unfortunately the let down comes from your staff. The contempt that emanates from them strikes fear into my heart every single time I have to visit the store (I say "have" because you truly do have good prices and products!). With a heavy heart I know I will return, but I do hope your staff learn the value of treating your customers like people and not acting like pretentious teenagers with a "better taste in music than you". Be respectful, be patient and be helpful.
