Unfortunately the movie stopped part way through. We lost 5 mins of sound and about 15 of visual but we were all given complimentary tickets when we came out. A very nice gesture!
A enjoyable family evening at the movies...... cleanest, newest cinema complex with friendly staff. Good range of snack beverages for all ages too!!
Need someone more experienced training the young ones making the alcoholic drinks. Could have been better no tonic no lemon and definitely not a barman's pour! Positives place was clean toilets well stocked and staff lovely. And movie was fantastic
The Cinema was very clean and staff helpfull with all questions and service. It was nice to not freeze at the movies as the aircon is usually so cold. Icecream was frozen hard and popcorn was hot and freshly made.
A wonderful cinema experience. The customer service is top notch, the place is clean and tidy. I was served by a young man named Dean who was pleasant, cheerful, and gave me hope for the new generation.
Very good and has good cinemas but a bit dirty
Great asset to Smithfield and the Northern beaches. We visited the V Max cinema complex soon after opening. Absolutely fantastic. The Dolby Atmos Surround system is simply amazing. The seats are super comfortable too. Special seating also provided for wheelchairs plus a lift. We will be regulars that's for sure.
Some customer service was iffy probably due to young/inexperienced staff, and chairs in standard seating were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a fine experience.
Nice, well kept cinemas with decent prices for the flicks, not so much for the food and drinks. Large capacity facility which is disappointing to see so empty. More cinema experiences are recommend over the at home option. Can be a bit hit and miss with cleanliness in the theatres.
Went to see Top gun here with friends. Nice comfy seats plenty of room and of course great picture. Good clean toilets and plenty of snacks to choose from. The sound was awesome!
