Quiet, nice and clean. Manager was friendly and helpful with explaining the loyalty program/app they have to offer. Nice little outing without the kids. Plenty of parking available, with disability parking onsite. You also have a variety of restaurants in the vicinity if ya wanna have a feed.
Visit to the cinema with daughter and granddaughter during trip to Australia from UK. Plenty of parking, level access entrance. Ticket/entrance area was clean, well lit and tidy. Staff were polite but not particularly welcoming...more smiles perhaps?nIt wasn't busy when we visited. Screens were clean and tidy.nLoos were clean and tidy but no soap in some dispensers. Perhaps decor in that area could do with a refresh as not all sinks were in operation.nHowever, it was a pleasant visit and I would go again.
Love the cinema, the chairs aren't auto folding ones like normal cinemas, which allows you to set down your snacks and get comfortable. The environment is well controlled, as a big guy I didn't feel hot and my smaller friends didn't feel cold. Cinema experience is great, food is ok but no M&Ms. Great staff but the arcade machines are rigged.
Good sized theatres. Fairly priced I guess except the popcorn and stuff but that's usually the expensive part about going to the movies. Bring your own. Fairly clean. Staff are very young and inexperienced which is fine but sometimes there is a wait for tickets so best to buy online first and skip the queue.
Received fantastic friendly service this morning from Michael and the young gentleman at the service counter Lochlan while purchasing a gift voucher at your Thuringowa cinema complex. Kept up the great work and have a great xmas....
