Today I visited the theatre. The staff member was helpful and friendly. However after sitting in theatre 5 my friend and I noticed a very musty smell, the seats smell of mould. Another couple commented the same as we exited after the movie concluded. I feel this should be addressed immediately. It all needs a good clean.
A great place to watch movies with the whole family and friends. Their popcorn melts in the mouth. The staff are all super friendly. It is clean.
A must if your trying to escape the Rocky heat when it's turned on. Went twice during g a holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean and the staff were friendly and amazing.
We went to see Minions the rise of Gru and the movie was very enjoyable but one thing that I would recommend to the staff is clean your cinema before and after each movie. When we walked into the cinema we saw people's used cups still in the cup holders then after watching the movie my mum had stains all over her top that looked like chocolate. This is disgusting and the staff NEED to Clean EVERYTHING .
Great movie ruined by a disgusting theatre. Theatre 6 smells like a 5th grader’s lunchbox that hasn’t seen the light of day in 8 months, I’m sure there is a rotten banana in here somewhere, like the kind that has been well and truly liquified and left to bake in the sun on a port rack.
Never seen more disgusting seats than the ones I experienced in Cinema 5. Don’t turn on your flashlights to have a look.
Their was only around a dozen to 15 people at the 2*45 pm in Cineman 6 on Saturday. Our grandsons enjoyed the film.
The markets there are worth a look through. And is good for fruit and vegetables among the other things that are usually there.
Depending on which cinema you get some are great some are in desperate need to be updated. Love the fact you can use the app now and it works. You don't even need to chat to staff if you don't want to. But watch your step outside. The gutter is huge and dangerous.
Dirty cinema, 15 minutes of adds, then another 15 minutes of previews before the movie started. 30 minutes of my life wasted. This is why people stream.
