Although this carpark is very convenient if going to Rod Laver Arena, last night's lengthy queues and approx 45 min wait to exit after the Bocelli concert gave the impression that the set up and exit points are not the best. I haven't parked there previously so don't know if it is a rare occurance or if this happens often.
A carpark that is a nightmare to get out of. I have been there a number of times and it appears they cannot handle a large crowd. Even after the Andre Bocelli concert, it took over an hour to exit. Bad traffic management. Find alternate parking and give this carpark a miss.
A+++ I always have a positive experience in this great car park. I pre-book, and that saves money, and I drive right in. I have a mobility issue and the staff are supportive and helpful.

Very poorly signed for pedestrians to access upper levels.. had to walk through busy ramps as couldn't find exit stairs or lift
