Worst car park I've ever been to. Firstly, the ticket machine ran out of cards to get in and we had to wait 20 mins for a man to arrive to stock up the cards before we could even get into the car park. Then later, upon returning to our car, the pay station did not register our payment and then we got stuck at the exit gate. No attendant to assist people (we were not the only ones having trouble getting out) and very poor customer service. Won't be parking here again.

I arrived at the car park like I normally do and it wasn’t until lunch I realised I left my wallet at home. This didn’t worry me as I have Apple Pay. I went to the machine to pay and realised your machine didn’t have the capacity. Normally I pay on my way out so I’ve never really looked at the main machine. I thought no problems I’ll call the help line. This was the worse decision ever. I explained I had my credit card number as I had made a online purchase a couple days before or have Apple Pay. She proceeded to tell me she wasn’t in customer service and payment was not her department and that she only looked after machine faults. I asked there was no other options and she then proceeded to accuse me in front of everyone Waiting via the speaker that I came to the car park to not pay and I shouldn’t expect free services. Which is not the issue as I tried to give her my cc details. I returned to my car so upset and humiliated. I ended up catching public transport home after buying a new myki to get my wallet and came back. You have another car park 50m away under cutting your prices everyday. I only use your park as it’s easier to pay on the way out but I’m going to be telling everyone I know to use St Kilda towers from now on as your customer service was disgusting Do not park your car here if you ever want real customer service

Why do you make the bays so small? My car was scratched only after 2 weeks of parking there. I will never park at any Ace car parks again. If you love your car, don't park there.

Ok car park. Early bird now $18 (was better value at $16) and misleading about having an attendant on level 9 to validate ticket. Also ran out of paper to issue receipt a few times. It's ok not great.
