Plenty of cosy spots to enjoy the water views and your fish and chips. We are not much of fish connoisseurs so the limited options was our downfall. Worth it just for the drive!

Perfectly cooked fresh fish and so cheap. No frills, packaged in paper, brings back memories of the past and has a great maritime gallery and resident Labrador

Priced very poorly, I ordered the package for 3 people and would have happily eaten it too myself

I had to go and see for myself as I heard so much about the place. It gets busy at lunchtimes so be prepared to wait up to 30 mins for your fisherman’s basket. I love how authentic it is, I liked the variation of fresh fish in the mix (especially the occy legs!!) but I don’t like the chips tasting like old oil, and the lady serving me at the time was in a bad mood- and quite unfriendly- maybe that’s part of the authentic feel? I wouldn’t feel the need to return.
