Now I understand why you checking out is so slow. I’ve prepared items face up for scanning Alex wanted items on counter. He just can’t making the balance between store rule and speed.
This is my first review and first experience with this Costco Moorabbin.nAs shown in the pics below,nThere are some cuts on two of the packets of Fab washing powder and both are almost half in weight. 3rd packet is ok, and outside box is also ok.nHow can someone judge about these things while buying the items.nI don’t know this is done intentionally or unintentionally. But it’s look like intentionally.nnBe careful guys.
We are really disappointed with our first visit to Costco. The prices are very high; we found that the same products are cheaper at other supermarkets. Additionally, we encountered issues at the checkout. We tried to purchase two crates of eggs, but a staff member informed us that it’s limited to one per family, which was frustrating and inconvenient.nnFurthermore, when we bought hotdogs, they were not served with the advertised condiments, which added to our dissatisfaction. Considering the membership fee, we expected much better service and value. This experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning to Costco.
I'm glad my membership is expiring next month because I'm not renewing it. In the last two years it's impossible to shop peacefully on a Saturday because the car park is absolutely full. Several times I simply gave up because I could not park. People are parking on the companies around, which is a shame. I know it's good for Costco having many members, but this problem is not new at Moorabbin and the company has done absolutely nothing about it. Maybe I'll be back as a member once they open a new store nearby or build up a high car park.
