Larger than average ALDI with nice wide aisles. They held more stock than usual so all the special items I was after were still in stock. Because they are larger than average they tend to have previous weeks special catalogue items on discount, often by 20-30% off.
The worst customer service! Hostile, dishonest, selective friendliness. Judgmental and unsupportive towards shoppers. Left feeling disgusted of the way I was treated. I know a couple more cases that have been mishandled by this particular store.
This is a typical Aldi store with great prices on supermarket goods. The Super Savers section is always worth a look and so are the Wednesday and Saturday Special Buys. This store seems to have a larger Special Buys section and Great Value Special buys where prices are further reduced when compared to other Aldi stores. There is one issue with this store and that is parking. While there is reasonable parking available alongside the store, it's not an ALDI dedicated carpark so it's shared with many of the other stores in the Kingston Central Plaza and because of this we have found it to be generally quite busy.
Love Aldi or not, there are always surprises waiting for shoppers here. Whether it’s much better pricing for surprisingly great quality meat, to getting the over enthusiastic checkout lady who throws your items at you with too much gusto, Aldi for me is a mixed bag. I would say it’s Kmart meets coles meets Woolworths. The only thing they didn’t sell was a flying carpet .
I shop Aldi for their special buys, you can get some great bargains. Plenty of parking.
Been in here a couple of times since they have been here. Plenty of food ok shelves, when I went. Good service. Plenrlty of parking available.
Nice smaller Aldi. Don't bother for the Special Buys here. It's too small and I want them anyway.
ALDI is a great local store to find snacks, food ingredients, fresh fruit and vegetables and pre-packaged meals. The alcohol aisle is a bit small but it has great choices in beer, red/white wine and sparkling/spirits. The prices are always low and they have ‘ALDI Best Buys’ which is very handy .
This is the lowest score I've ever given ALDI. I know food prices are going up but when I can buy ALDI brand meat pies from Tasman Meats for $1.45 less than ALDI charge, I wonder why ALDI is so much dearer. Of course, there is no call centre anymore so customer service is dropping. Just saying.
Just another Aldi. Honestly Aldi's cat meat is the best but I'm disappointed at this one because they sell expired cat meat...
