Today I witnessed a young girl on the till being verbally abused by a woman, for over 15 minutes ,she handled her self with dignity and professionalism hope she was ok? and the security did there jobs correctly when bystanders intervened.. Hope the police were called. you allso have a very clean and tidy store :
Convenient but limited range due to size and a nightmare to leave being on a very busy Bluff road. Coles are not the cheapest in town for sure.nFriendly staff and having a small liquor shop attached is handy.
I bought some groceries about 9am today,10/9/2024 Wednesday and went to the self-service checkout , There was a female staff member standing there. I said hello to her, but she totally ignored me and Pretended not to hear.I found that she has been like this many times. If you check, you must know who this lady is. I don't know if it's because I'm Asian? Because when I checked out, I heard she said thank you to two other customers. Of course, she still made no sound when I left. I have been shopping in this store for more than 10 years because it is close to home and convenient. She’s so rude, Ruined the good mood of the day. In fact, we don't need any service, we just need a politeness, because even the checkout is done by ourselves, right? I know I may not get any reply, but I want to let everyone know how this store treats customers.
The man at the checkout was so friendly. I think this supermarket is a small size but they have a pretty good range, considering. Plus, I bought my new MND beanie. I go here when I visit my friend in Hampton. It's convenient and plenty of available parking.
Not bad but not good either, just okay... In the middle you can say really. Doesn't have that much choice of fresh fruit and veg and has very limited seafood options too... Milk and dairy section often has spoiled milk that's very much past its use by date. And shopping aisles are always messy, unkept and narrow. Oh well what can you except from a tiny store like this... Not much really let's be honest
