To provide visitors and tourists with clean, comfortable accommodation as well as tidy caravan and camping sites. We are pet friendly for responsible pet owners.

"A tropical, friendly, relaxed atmosphere awaits you! With a variety of cabin styles on offer, from budget units to self-contained cabins and villas, there is sure to be something to suit all tastes and budgets. For the comfort of guests, cabins and villas do offer air-conditioning. With a selection of shady powered sites to accommodate most caravans, motorhomes and camper trailers, the choice is made easy! Enjoy a swim in our sparkling salt water pool, create culinary masterpieces in our spacious and well appointed camp kitchen or just relax in the TV Room/Lending Library. We invite all guests to join us for our ‘Meet and Greet Campfire’ held each Wednesday night during the winter season. We look forward to welcoming you soon!"

Highly recommended, the management & staff have gone above and beyond to help us out of a very difficult situation. We have a cabin & enclosed courtyard for our dog. The cabin is clean & the bed very comfortable. being a retired professional gardener I’m very impressed with the lush immaculate gardens the pool and amenities are great. Would highly recommend a stay here
Extremely noisy “Manager” consistently hanging around past his welcome to tell us off for driving “too fast” or condescendingly telling us “there’s a bin you know”. Most expensive powered site for such a terrible location, much better recommendations for rowes bay Tasman park. Also had things stolen, and other guests spoke to us about their vans being broken into. The kindest permanent residents were rude and the worst ones even becoming aggressive, probably the worst campsite I’ve stayed at.
The best park, My cabin was very clean and the staff are amazing . Nothing is a problem. The layout of the park is very well thought out and the gardens are a show piece. I will certainly be back for a longer holiday. Congratulations to everyone involved. Keep up the good work.
We were in a caravan and the park was nicely set out. Everything was clean and well set out, receptionists were nice, friendly and helpful. We were only stayingtwo nights but ended up stayingfor four. Amenities were very clean and had lots of showers and toilets as well as a baby bath. The laundry was very clean and washing machine and dryer worked well. The people staying there were friendly and not noisy at all. Would definitely stay there again.
Central location to base yourself. Large sites with easy access. The park is well kept with clean amenities. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Would definately stay again.
Location next to airdrome so can be noisy until 10 pm. First plane was 6:00 Nowhere to go for morning walks unless you walk along highway. Good angled sites. Clean ammenities
Pet friendly shady caravan park. Some cabins also pet friendly with secure fenced verandah. Amenities spacious & very clean. Enjoyable stay
Our go-to caravan park in Townsville. The site layout makes it easy to park your van, but the access roads are a little narrow which means you have to be careful when driving your rig around the park. Great helpful and friendly staff.
Nice clean park & good amenities. A bit dated and messy up the back near the permanents. Enjoyed our stay & the pool.
We were isolated in full sun in sweltering heat. We actually enjoyed being close to the RAAF Base, but the industrial lighting, which surrounded us was awful. We actually left a prepaid day early due to the lack of accommodation in a half empty park. The elevated pool curb was a safety hazard but the water felt good. In 3 months of travelling this was the worst experience we've had.
