Fabian  Pataud was fantastic helping us sell the house during a very difficult time when my partner of 34 years was passing away.
Agents since then.....not very helpful.   Now concerned that so called purchaser getting another BANK evaluation for loan to purchase!!

Not very confidence inspiring 8 days before settlement date!!!!!!

And the owner is not the OWNER until settlement date which is 12th April.

Nice post Cooper Newman supposedly on behalf of the  prospective purchaser.     Hope you are proud of yourselves and your BS.
I was told that  purchaser is uncontactable, except for bank evaluations for loans.   Really, is this how you do business?! with widows.  Nice one.
And your disgusting comment about the next chapter of my life, referring to the loss of my partner.  Your patronising insensitivity that refers only to your star rating as an agent....speaks volumes for itself!!!

Don't bother to contact me after tomorrow.

Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to Cooper Newman (Burwood) for the sale of our home. Not only did they achieve an excellent result, the process was easy and seamless. Chris Pataud was our agent and we are thrilled with the professionalism and warmth he provided at all times. After hearing disappointing real estate stories from family and friends we embarked on the sale of our home with some trepidation. But following the first meeting with the team from Cooper Newman for the valuation of our home and later speaking more closely with Chris, we knew that we were in the right hands. Chris Pataud brought so many great qualities to the sale of our home. Not only is Chris incredibly professional at all times but is also compassionate, understanding and patient. All great qualities for an agent to have because selling a home is not only a business transaction, it's also an emotional one. The best advice I can offer to anyone wanting to sell their home is to trust that Cooper Newman will work hard to get you the best results. We have no hesitation in recommending their services and are thrilled with our results as we embark on a life change. Thank you Chris and Cooper Newman!

As a legal representative of Timothy Rigg, I am disgusted with your previous posting by Cooper and Newman under the guise of the new purchaser!!! You have treated Tim's widow with condescending patronisation for your review by  a phantom purchaser for a FEW STARS.    Shame on you!!!

If you are thinking of selling your home, we highly recommend Emma Yu and the Cooper Newman team.   Not only did Emma achieve a great result for selling our home, she also went out of her way to assist us in the purchase of our new home.  From our first meeting, Emma made us feel comfortable and made the entire process relatively stress free.  Emma’s knowledge of both our area and the real estate market in general was second to none.
