Poor, unprofessional and a scam! Do not use at all cost!!!!

Please do not rent the property with this agent. Very fast when chasing rent but when it comes to bond, it took over 40 days to receive it. Unprofessional, rude, no structure when it comes to repair, unfair attitude and arrogant. Note, be careful of Monica from this agent  So terrible in every aspect. If I could, I would rate them 0 out of 5

WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM OR HIRE THIS AGENCY!! They are DODGY. They should not be in business and everyone needs to refer them to ombudsman and consumer affairs
