Highly recommend Steven, Kahlen and the sales team at Buxton Box Hill. We reached out to Steven in particular because we had worked with him in the past and we trusted him to get us the best results. He gave us great recommendations and kept us fully informed throughout the process. We were quite happy with the end result even in the current market conditions.

The real estate got thier matinance man an unemployed neighbour to inspect the plumbing and unblock the shower drain. He has removed the toilet, dug a hole in the foundations under the shower floor and removed the fittings. He has disconnected and capped the GAS stove and removed the kitchen sink and bench top and fittings and capped the plumbing. He has has also removed the floating floor to inspect the foundations and gutted the apartment. He found that the toilet was blocked with toilet paper and unblocked sewage system. The maintenance man Glen lives next door and has no trade ABN/ACN and is currently unemployed. Buxton Real Estate should have recommend a plumber to the landlord. Glen has been working on the apartment unanounced from time to time since the blockage 6 months ago. This is a compliances issue. I have also witnessed Glen rewire and install a power point Glen is not a licenced electrician and he is not a licienced plumber, builder, or handy man.

Hailey of Buxton Box Hill is excellent team member always available for good advise and managing property very well & keep solving day to day queries. Winnie has also been great support team member at Buxton Box Hill. I have done lot of research on real estate agents & have deal with a lot but I feel Buxton Box Hill is best. Great auctioneer We just just sold our house on the weekend. Calvin was our lead agent and we found him to be an honest, articulate and an intelligent person. As we live in another city we communicated via Zoom meetings and felt that we could trust the sale of our house to Calvin and his team. They are a mulitlingual team so we knew that when it came time for the auction they could cater to all potential buyers.
