I would urge Sellers to not use this broker. Signed NDA they sent 2 weeks ago for a business in OAKLEIGH and this was listing  7311333 under TOM TANG. Followed up twice and even via SMS but yet to get CIM. As a seller, I would be very disappointed with NCRE as they simply do not send the information in time to buyer.  Do not waste your time with TOM TANG or his team. PS: If I ever hear back from them, I will update my review accordingly.

Phillip Wang wasn't helpful at all. Poor customer service. Just sends an email for me to sign when all I asked was where is the Business Located and when can I view it? Useless!!!!

Very poor costumer service. I have sent numerous texts and an email and all have been ignored. Why advertise businesses for sale if you’re not going to follow up enquires.
