Was told to come for an inspection in Box hill. The agent that had to come didn't show up and when i called, i was told that the tenants dont want to leave at the moment. 
I mean, i didn't get any email/msg/call from them informing me all this! Thats not the way you are going to get your clients Noel Jones!

Looked at a rental property that we were interested in. Put in an application and after several calls which none were returned. Finally found out from the receptionist that another application was being considered. Terrible customer service. Even if we missed out on the property, the right thing to do would be to advise us that the property is no longer available.
