Pathetic. All the quotes they gave me online were more expensive than my current insurer. Then they phone me after I renewed my current insurance and tell me they can try to give me a better price over the phone. If I wanted to speak to someone I would have phoned. There's a reason people go online. Put your "best price" online and you'd get a lot more business. Very amateurish. Get with the times people. The internet is the future, not the telephone. Would most definitely not recommend.

Sam in the call center (in Brisbane i believe) was amazing to deal with. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!! Very helpful.
