Car broke down and i called to arrange a tow and i was told i would get a call in two hours . Two and a half hours later no call so i contacted racq and they said he should be here soon.... 15 min later still not here

Awful experience. A "looked experienced " staff wasn't friendly at all. she talked to a person before me with a big smile, and warmly greeted to a person after me. With me however, manner of speaking was so inpatient, no eye contact while talking, SUPER rude. Hey, I just wanted to purchase a ticket that visitors info center guided me to go! 

I can't help but think, maybe because I was the only one asian in the queue..
