My daughter had just come of our family cover and she was nervous about signing up on her own. After a visit with Kayleigh at the CBD store, she was relieved immediately to find how easy to all was. Great service! Thankyou.
I went to Bupa Brisbane CBD store on a Friday afternoon, Ms Yi Zheng served me with patience, professionality and high efficiency. Yi provided my own needs analysis by comparing my existing private insurance. She then recommended the most suitable products and explained the value and benefits of these products  to me in details. She also introduced their new EOFY promotion for new customers, which attracts me most. Moreover, I just knew from her that BUPA got its own dental and optical service stores. Yi sent me BUPA dental and optical vounchers as I got Extra premium as well. For those people whose mother tongue is Mandarin, Yi is highly recommended as she can speak fluent Mandrin. BTW, Brisbane CBD store manager and other staff are all very friendly and helpful. And I also like their consulting rooms with more privacy and their computers being able to display to customers in the whole process.
Dropped off cancellation forms yesterday and as soon as the woman knew I was cancelling, I got the worst customer service. I wasnt offered a seat, she rushed me through talking and didnt even try to offer any assistance. She hurried me out the door pretty much and as I was leaving I realised I wasnt even told any information so I went back in to ask and she spoke to me like I was a huge inconvenience and said, you will get an email that says "sorry to see you go" and walked off. i dont know her name but she was working at 4;15pm on 10 march behind a computer screen noth the woman who greeted me at door. Anyway so glad I am cancelling and will explore options with people who actually care about your business.
Just spoke to Benjamin about some enquiries I had in regard to my ovhc. He was able to answer all my questions and provide very helpful and practical advice in a very understandable manner, no complicated insurance lingo. He gave me a slip of paper with important handwritten notes and tips that I should be aware of when making claims or where to go to for specific medical services. He also provided a lot of real-life relatable scenarios that also helped me imagine what could happen should I make a claim. Overall, really appreciate the level of care Benjamin provided. Truly 5 star customer service from this guy!
Visited the Adelaide St branch at an off-peak time mid-morning so did not have to wait long. Service was efficient and knowledgeable so no complaints. Staff advised that during peak periods lunchtime Mon-Fri that you can expect to wait up to an hour however, so be aware and avoid these times where possible.
