I have had an emergency visit for 16 December 2019 regarding to a severe back pain. Before the emergency I had a phone call on 8 August 2019, with the insurance company asking if I would get charged with my visit and I was advised that on emergency services I would not be charged. After the visit on the hospital, I the hospital advised me to be out of work for one week and recommended a physiotherapist to be able to relieve the pain. Is not really about the money is about the respect. The insurance company never told me that I got be dying to be able to use my police. I have asked and checked in all the documents and nothing is mentioning about categories. The insurance company Iman nib contact me and advised me that I would not be covered as the emergency did not fit the category they have expected. Even though the Policy document says I was covered. I have spoken with Sandra Customer Resolutions Case Manager International Business sense 11/03/2019 trying to find a solution for this meter but the Insrance company is refusing to help or accepted the mistake. I end up with a bill of $500+ and the insurance cost. This for Visa and you are not entitled to use your policy without charge. I also have the phone call recorded from 8/8/2019 Is no evidence or explanation on the insurance police explaining that are categories to fit the insurance company. As I understood on the phone call and on the pdf from the Insurance company, I was covered on emergency. The Nambor Hospital accepted me but the insurance company is refusing to pay. I strongly recommend a Bupa insurance at least you can use it if you get sick. Best regards, Andre De Nardi
