QBE can you tell me why it has taken over 2 months for you to process my travel insurance claim! I have provided every bank statement invoice and cancellation letter required and now you just email me requesting the bank statement I provided 2 months ago? Why does it take two weeks for every piece of correspondence? Why do I get texts saying my claim has been assessed and you'll contact me, when my claim actually hasn't been assessed and you don't contact me. This is the worst service I have ever had to endure from any company.

Had travel insurance with QBE and unfortunately when we were overseas we had our hire vehicle broken in to and a lot of our valuables including passports were stolen, QBE was nothing short of amazing whilst we were overseas with helping us and giving us all of the information we needed. When we returned home the claim was all too easy, our insurance rep Mary was brilliant - always got back to us quickly and processed our claim in no time. Couldn't be happier with the process

Is 1 really the lowest score I can give this appalling company?

Their claims experience is the worst imaginable....they take days of harrassment to even return a phone call. 

Suncorp customers in Airlie Beach are very impressed by the quick response of their insurers....4 months after the cyclone, QBE haven't  even restored power to our building and they simply don't care enough to even return phone calls. Management at QBE deem themselves above taking calls from customers....little wonder their customer satisfaction ratings are the worst of any insurance company.

Never ever use qbe tell you you are covered  fir storm damage and won't pay out. Been with this company for over 20 years only ever tried to claim twice wouldn't pay out. Broken television that's been on policy fir 20 years tell you it's accidental coverage and "oh sorry you are not covered"Get told they will call you in 24-48 hours they don't even bother returning your call. Charge top premiums poor service. Maybe they should learn customer service. 0/10

I am still waiting on these liars to give me a call back, they said this would happen three weeks ago. 

Ever since my claim submitted nearly TWO MONTHS ago I am still waiting, I even submitted ALL documents as they requested. QBE has been MISLEADING throughout EVERY SINGLE step of my motorcycle claim. 

Every time I call they say the same line of excuses such as "We have had many claims; you have to wait your turn" or "We are very sorry" "The assessor is on lunch".. then they lie and say they will call back by the end of the week or in two days and they never call you back?!! (Why say that?)

The best part is when you do call back the following week the operator has no clue who said will give you a call back; and still not able to answer my questions which I have had for weeks now,  let alone address any of my concerns as a paying consumer. 

I dont know why QBE staff think just because they have "many claims" that this is the consumers problem now??

Maybe get more staff or do not even offer insurance? I am so disgusted by the way iv been dealt with by QBE INSURANCE. 

After two months of calling these people, they will treat you like you are not a consumer with entitlements that has been paying these lairs. 

I WISH i never chose QBE Insurance; I will never do business again with them and highly DO NOT recommend Motorcycle Insurance with QBE. 

It is obvious that my problems are non of their concerns as they simply dont care; however they FULL expect their problems and delays to be part of your problem. This is QBE INSURANCE!!! Never Again!!!
