I will never ever recommend Allianz OSHC, the worst customer service and responding system ever. They never think for the customer, they only do the things which is easy for them, and can took 2 month to refund. All the staff sounds like they only been trained to say I have nothing can help, there is no way etc........... It just super frustrating to use their service every time, will never use this company again!

Quite good experience, the staff is very nice with great patience, they told me a lot of ways about how to make things easier and save money (gap fees). Much appreciated!

It has been the worse experience ever, and I am still struggling to get my refund back. Their customer service is terrible and only taught to send standard replies to address your issues and keep passing the buck and buying time. Unethical scum!

I advise everyone NOT to have insurance with this BAD company. Their staff does not have enough experience and they wasting people time to put on hold for a long time! Also, they delay claims and requests. You need to follow up each claim to be finished otherwise they do not care! There is no way to complain to a manager or compliance department!
