While I understand times have not been easy with staff shortages in all sorts of business and Covid has made different things difficult, but I believe that the interests of our Body Corporate have been better served since Louise Newell has been our property manager. Communications have been better which has lead to resolving issues and getting things done. Appreciate her time, understanding and effort in following up and making sure work gets completed.
I am the Chairperson of Jargarra Villas Body Corporate and over the past three years have dealt with Senior Branch Manager Earl Muir as the direct contact for the management of Body Corporate matters. I have also had contact with other BCS personnel and always their service was professional and timely. Earl has been very professional and his knowledge of and expertise in Body Corporate matters has been to be benefit of the committee on behalf of all owners. Body Corporate Services gives complete attention to Administrative, Financial, Legal and other support services to the committee. I would have no hesitation in recommending BCS for their professional standards and service for Body Corporate Management.
Jess Longhurst is an extremely professional and capable strata manager. She manages all matters, concerns and issues efficiently and thoroughly. Her clear communication is very appreciated. I highly recommend her and very much value her help and assistance!
