I found the Bike Scooter City Team in Milton to be honest & reliable. They kept me updated with the repairs to my scooter and provided photos of what was required. Rather than replacing the motor like other places would, they refurbished my old motor. It cost quite a bit less than what I was expecting so that was a bonus. Had a fantastic experience here today. Mark let me try 4 different scooters, including "the beast". He was a great guy and he was amazing through the whole process. Awesome variety of electric bikes and scooters to suit everyone's needs. I put a deposit down on the Dragon GTS V2 1600 dual motor. Looking forward to picking it up next Wednesday and will update further upon pick-up.

Customer service was exceptional Sebastian was very thorough and explained every thing in a way I could understand. Large range of scooters at good prices. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for an electric scooter.

Took my Dragon Raptor in for a service/brake adjustment and a battery test as it has lost about 25% range within the first 1500km of use. For reference I previously owned a MI 365Pro that still had 85% range after 6000km Didn't hear anything back and went to pick it up, only to be told that the test hadn't been started and that they needed 3 days to complete the battery testing. So I left it with them. While test riding they reported having error codes showing up, which I had not seen in my day-to-day rides. 2 weeks later I finally get the scooter back, with a replaced control unit. 2 weeks after that and my scooter is shutting down intermittently with error codes, one of which could possibly be a loose connection. Not great on a 17km commute. Had to pay for the scooter to be picked up and taken back to the workshop at Sumner. They told me it would be returned the following Friday, well I'm still waiting. After literally dozens of unanswered phone calls, they eventually tell me they can't replicate the errors that I reported and that I'd be charged for technician test riding time. On average it takes over 10 calls before the phone is answered, and they will maybe answer emails once a week. They don't provide any information about what delay or costs may be incurred with the repair as its happening, so you have no idea when you'll get your scooter back. Terrible with warranty claims and refunds, also looks like they're buying 5 star reviews on Google.

Can't be beat for sales, service and value. If you want to spend your money on quality with a smile this is where you need to go. Check out prices in the pics. Sebastian was an absolute legend to deal with and even stayed and did overtime so we could take home two dragons we did not plan to go out and buy two scooters when we woke up. He went over everything with a fine tooth comb making sure we were safe and the scoots were A1. Thanks Sebastian, service was second to none.

After a few mis-adventures with e-bay and department stores, I happened upon Bike Scooter City on the corner of Brunswick and Kent St, New Farm. Sebastian the store manager knows all there is to know about these machines, not only the specs which are excellent btw but also the safety aspects, maintenance, security and even insurance. BSC offer Dragon brand scooters among others plus a full range of compatible accessories. They also have full back up servicing, parts and maintenance. A very well run business with knowledgeable staff. You can't go wrong.

Not a bad store but the scooters aren't exactly built to last. You will need to replace tires and brakes and all sorts of small parts constantly. It seems like this business is set up to make money off the constant repairs over at Milton. This is only for their own range of scooters. They may still be a good option for your needs, but I received much better products and service at iScoot.

So happy to purchase my very first electric scooter from the bikescootercity. Reasonable price and very customer friendly staff. Sebastian gave me a good intro to my new toy. So excited to hit the road. If u want a good deal you know where to go to and you will exit the store smiling!
