It’s such a shame that this is the only cinema in Mount Isa as it happens to be the worst cinema I have ever been too. The staff are so rude. The seats are so small that I could not fit properly and they were also very old. Cant even lean your head back as the back of the seats only cover back and not head. There was an off smell in there as well. I wouldn’t recommend. The screens are quite small as well. It’s just not worth the price.
Not great. Seats were very small, even the one I fit in comfortably left me with a sore leg by the end of the movie. Why are the tickets the same price if the quality of each theatre is different? If you are going to restrict people to buying from your candy bar I suggest getting better quality drinks and popcorn, and the choc tops were terrible, especially for the price charged. Maybe fix flickering lights in the theatres too? I’ve been to a lot of small theatres and this was one of the worst I’ve come across.

A great set of movie theatre's. Good AC . Reasonable food and drinks
Great local cinema. Cheap tickets and cheap snacks and drinks. It won't break the budget if you want to take the family. Cheaper prices on Tuesday as well.
A great little cinema. The tickets and food are reasonably priced though not much selection. Only gripe is the cinemas are often not cleaned between sessions, not a fan of sitting in someone else's popcorn.
Important Covid Info If you haven’t taken the Fauci Ouchy do not come here, instead it’s best to torrent your movies, until the Qld government stops being stupid and discriminative. Don’t vaccinate to access freedoms you are entitled to at birth.
Went and saw War for Planet of the Apes - staff were excellent in advising us about parking problems around Cinema and advised us where to safely Park for free without fear of a ticket. How else can you rate a cinema. Only concern for us was forthright declaration by staff that we could most definitely not take externally purchased drinks etc. in to Cinema and that bags would be checked. Understand why they want confectionery sales but perhaps tone down how you deliver this message. Appeal for support rather than police compliance.
The cinema has good service and is a relaible for entertainment for anytime of the week. The prices are reasonable. The only downside I can think of is the lack of options to watch. On any given week there are at least 4 films to watch. But overall its a good experience.
