The employees are very rude, entitled, arrogant, racist, disrespectful and lack of care and. Which is very sad to see, since they work for human services and dealing with the vulnerable community.

I attended this office today supporting a man with a disability. There was a queue at the door and it was nearly closing time. After we had waited for a while a gentleman in the queue said he could come another day, and that we could take his place. When the security staff told everyone the office was now closing, and that those waiting would have to come back, another customer politely said OK but that they had to serve us. Once inside we were served very helpfully and efficiently by Chloe, and after this the security staff went out of there way to assist in our exiting the building. Broadmeadows Medicare has awesome staff and customers!

Least helpful, they ask you to call customer care for every issue which most of people have already tried hundred times before going there.  Totally waste of time.

I admit I was expecting a long wait and overworked staff, what I found was amazing staff and not long to wait. The man that served me was extremely empathetic  and sorted us out very quickly. It helped that I had my forms and ID all ready to present and we were in and out of there in 20 minutes. So grateful for the friendly staff during a really difficult time in our lives. I appreciated everything you did for us.

Wait times are totally unacceptable of over 2 hours.  Customer service support was terrible.   I would also suggest they need to look at a better system of calling people not standing in a corner calling once and walking away.  There are people with hearing impairments that would not hear their names being called.  Worst Medicare/Centrelink office that I have ever been in

Utterly useless. Stand in line for over 20 minutes to make a medicare submission only to be told to do it online and that if I want to take a seat in a full waiting room they will have someone come and help me. After the competence level of the bloke on the counter I am not prepared to wait god knows how long so someone can explain how to link to my gov. Get home and try to link to my gov and that's not working either so thank you Andrew at Centrelink Broadmeadows for being of absolutely no use and wasting my afternoon.

This review only pertains to the security guard and toilet.  The security guard was a nice fellow who let me use the toilet despite the fact I was not even going to use the services at Centrelink at all.  The toilet was surprisingly quite clean.  I can not say anything about the customer service as I have not experienced it.

I would rate it a 5 purely based on the number of customers  that the staff need to handle. Most customers do not come from a country where English is their first language or mother tongue. Working in such an environment where basic english is incomprehensible for a few can be challenging and a test of patience for the staff here. Yet they try and do their best and hence a 5 star rating.

Very poor service and rude customer service staffs. I was using the self service computer, and I stuck in logging in. I asked one of the staff member for help, but instead of helping me , she told me to stand on the que of huge line and get the number. I told her that there are no other customer in self service desk who requires her help and it’s just me. She told me very rudely to get into the line and get registration otherwise I won’t get any help. Then I spent  2 hours on the que after registration, but my turn didn’t come, so had to leave for my job . Not willing to go there again. Very hopeless service

Very bad staff. Most of them should be disqualified from their job. I was standing in the que and reached the front, the lady didn't help me and instead told me to call up centrelink for help when i was physically in centrelink infront of the que. It was absolutely ridiculous. So i stood again in the line and went to another man to get some help, the lady quickly ran over and whispered something in his ear. I don't know what her problem was for a second i thought it was my hijab that i wasn't getting help. So i left very sad and angry without receiving any help.
